අපගේ සේවාව ලබාගැනීමට පෙර කරුණාකර මෙම රියදුරු සේවා ගිවිසුම සහ කොන්දේසි හොඳින් කියවන්න.
Vehicle Status & Documents
The Client must ensure the vehicle is in excellent roadworthy condition (brakes, tires, lights, and mechanical systems) and possesses a valid Revenue License and Comprehensive Insurance.
වාහනය ධාවනයට සුදුසු උපරිම ආරක්ෂිත තත්ත්වයේ තිබිය යුතු අතර, වලංගු ආදායම් බලපත්රයක් සහ පූර්ණ රක්ෂණාවරණයක් තිබීම අනිවාර්ය වේ.

Insurance & Liability
If an accident occurs due to the driver’s proven negligence, repairs shall be claimed through the Client’s insurance. Kandy Drivers Hub will reimburse the lost “No Claim Bonus” (NCB) for that specific year.
රියදුරුගේ වැරැද්දක් නිසා අනතුරක් සිදුවුවහොත්, වාහනය පාරිභෝගිකයාගේ රක්ෂණය මගින් අලුත්වැඩියා කළ යුතුය. එහිදී අහිමි වන “No Claim Bonus” (NCB) මුදල අප ආයතනය විසින් පියවනු ලැබේ.
Note: Not liable for mechanical failures or third-party negligence. / වාහනයේ කාර්මික දෝෂ හෝ වෙනත් පාර්ශවයක වැරැද්දක් නිසා සිදුවන අනතුරු සඳහා වගකීම දරනු නොලැබේ.
Payments & Expenses
Fuel, highway tolls, and parking fees are the responsibility of the Client. For outstation/overnight trips, the Client must provide meals and safe accommodation (or a pre-agreed allowance).
ඉන්ධන, අධිවේගී මාර්ග ගාස්තු සහ වාහන නැවැත්වීමේ ගාස්තු පාරිභෝගිකයා විසින් දැරිය යුතුය. නවාතැන් සහිත ගමන් වලදී, රියදුරුට ආහාර සහ නවාතැන් පහසුකම් සැපයිය යුතුය.
ඉන්ධන, අධිවේගී මාර්ග ගාස්තු සහ වාහන නැවැත්වීමේ ගාස්තු පාරිභෝගිකයා විසින් දැරිය යුතුය. නවාතැන් සහිත ගමන් වලදී, රියදුරුට ආහාර සහ නවාතැන් පහසුකම් සැපයිය යුතුය.
Safety & Conduct
Smoking and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle. The driver will follow all traffic laws; the Client must not compel the driver to violate any regulations.
වාහනය තුළ දුම්පානය හෝ මත්පැන් පානය සපුරා තහනම්ය. රියදුරු සියලු මාර්ග නීති පිළිපදින අතර, නීති විරෝධී ලෙස රිය පැදවීමට පාරිභෝගිකයා බල නොකළ යුතුය.
වාහනය තුළ දුම්පානය හෝ මත්පැන් පානය සපුරා තහනම්ය. රියදුරු සියලු මාර්ග නීති පිළිපදින අතර, නීති විරෝධී ලෙස රිය පැදවීමට පාරිභෝගිකයා බල නොකළ යුතුය.
